The initiative, included in the program "The Authentic Italian Taste" of MiSE, realized in synergy
with MiPAAF under the extraordinary plan of internationalization of Made in Italy and
coordinated by Assocamerestero, is open to the participation of regional production companies of
food, beverage and wine production, including breweries, with priority to productions
certificate (DOP IGP Biological Controlled Quality) and / or traditional Emilia-Romagna.
